We cater to the health and well-being needs of pregnant mothers, offering a range of services including yoga, meditation, nutrition, baby bonding, and Garbh Sanskar. To date, approximately 12 lakh couples have received guidance through the iMumz app and our coaching services. Job Description

As a Wellness Counsellor at iMumz, your primary responsibility will be to engage with expecting mothers, effectively communicating the benefits of iMumz wellness programs, and assisting them in subscribing. You will play a crucial role in presenting our solutions to users and supporting them with your expertise and enthusiasm.

We are also open to considering candidates looking to restart their careers after a break, to join our team of Wellness Counsellors!

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Lead Nurturing: Proactively connect with potential users at various stages of parenthood, including those planning to conceive, expecting mothers, and new parents.
  • Needs Assessment and User Engagement: Understand each user's unique needs and challenges through active listening and open communication. Build rapport and trust to foster a supportive and motivating environment.
  • Product & Service Expertise: Demonstrate a strong understanding of iMumz's app features, services, and wellness programs. Effectively explain the benefits and value proposition to clients, guiding them toward the most suitable subscription plans.
  • Sales & User Conversion: Utilize strong communication and persuasion skills to convert leads into subscribing users. Motivate clients to take action and achieve their wellness goals through iMumz's platform.
  • User Communication: Manage user relationships through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels. Address client concerns, answer questions, and provide ongoing support.

  • Social Skills: Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with team members and engage with clients in a supportive and empathetic manner.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Logical Thinking: A logical thinker who approaches challenges with patience and a problem-solving mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Brownie points if you have prior sales experience in the healthcare industry
  • Target-driven and results-oriented
  • Female candidates preferred

Working Hours

Days: 6 days a week

Hours: 10 am to 7 pm (with a 1-hour lunch break)

Salary: 25,000 per month + incentives
