Exp:5+
- Basic Configuring WEKA storage pools and having knowledge of Weka Architecture.
- Monitoring WEKA cluster health and performance, user request.
- Performing routine maintenance tasks like software updates and backups.
- Manages and reviews log files.
- Generates regular operational reports.
- Performs service incident coordination.
- Opens service requests on behalf of the Customer or with the help of customer.
- Performs software/firmware management in assistance and collaboration with respective OEM support team.
- Assists in preventive maintenance of the Dell infra under Customer guidance.
