Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
- Must be Computer literate to use MS power point and office,Google docs, drafting mails and must be proficient in using the Internet for research purposes.
- Experience of 2-4 Years (Preferring from wedding events)
- Written & Spoken proficiency in English
- Pleasing Personality
- Tele calling experience
- Graduated preffered
Duties & Responsibilities
- Handling Face to Face Sales, Present the proposed solution to the client and close the deal
- Capable of working with Assigned Targets, Develop business opportunities by researching and identifying potential clients
- Knowledge of wedding decor and trends.
- Must be result orientated and able to work both independently and within a Team environment.
- Establish key relationships with the Clients and agencies to ensure maximum exposure and increase revenue
- Schedules appointments and meetings as necessary.
- Ensure day of event goes smoothly
- Must be pro-active and have the ability to prioritize and remain calm under pressure
- Cold calling or calling on the auto generated leads, Generating Sales leads, Following up with them and converting them into sales
- Increasing business Opportunities
- Prepare, Maintain and send daily Sales reports and update to the senior.
- Negotiate cost and terms of agreements with new clients
- Experience of a busy sales or marketing environment is desirable.
- Experience of managing / coordinating weddings.
