Job Description

As a Website Developer, you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of our company s digital presence. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in web development technologies, a keen eye for design, and the ability to create seamless, user-friendly experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Website Development:

Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to bring creative concepts to life through website development.

Front-End and Back-End Development:

Implement intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Develop and maintain back-end functionality, ensuring smooth integration with databases and third-party applications.

Content Management:

Implement and customize content management systems (CMS) to enable efficient content updates and modifications.

Ensure the website s content is up-to-date and aligned with company messaging.

Optimization and Performance:

Conduct regular performance assessments and implement optimizations for faster page load times.

Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance website functionality.

Collaboration and Communication:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and goals.

Communicate effectively with team members to provide updates and gather feedback on development projects.

Portfolio Review for Technical Proficiency:
Each candidate s portfolio will undergo a comprehensive review to assess their technical proficiency in website development. Front-End and Back-End Expertise:
Our hiring process will include a detailed examination of candidates expertise in both front-end and back-end development. This includes assessing their proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript for front-end, as well as knowledge of server-side languages, databases, and frameworks for back-end development.

Responsive Design and User Experience (UX):
