Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Website Designer located in Noida. The Website Designer will be responsible for web design, Figma, front-end development, and responsive web design. The role involves creating visually appealing and functional websites to enhance the digital presence of our clients.

Responsibilites

Design and prototype user interfaces for web applications and websites using Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.

Collaborate with designers, developers, and engineers to ensure the seamless implementation of designs.

Convert UI/UX wireframes into clean, efficient HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.

Conduct user research and usability testing to guide design improvements.

Develop and maintain style guides, design systems, and documentation.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and interactive mockups to visualize design concepts.

Apply interaction design principles and best practices to enhance user experience.

Use Figma for design collaboration and maintaining consistent design libraries.

Effectively communicate design ideas through presentations and discussions.

Stay updated on UI/UX trends, tools, and technologies.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.

Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design projects.

Proficiency in Adobe XD, Figma, or Sketch.

Experience in writing clean HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Strong understanding of interaction design principles.

Experience with user research and usability testing.

Excellent attention to detail and visual design skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design or a related field.
