Location: Pune | Full-time | On-Site
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop visually appealing, user-friendly websites in Webflow, adhering to a Mobile-First approach, cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
- Apply UX/UI principles, including font, color, and design psychology, to create intuitive and engaging website designs. (A UX certification is a plus)
- Utilize design, color psychology and CTA psychology to create visually appealing and impactful designs.
- Translate design concepts and wireframes into functional and responsive web experiences.
- Optimize websites for performance, especially On-Page SEO best practices like heading hierarchy, optimized Alt Text for improved crawlability and everything. (a must)
- Prioritize accessibility, ensuring websites comply with WCAG guidelines and handle GDPR/cookie consent.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, content) to understand project goals and user needs and vision of our partners.
- Possess a strong understanding of HTML and CSS, with the ability to clean up and optimize exported code if necessary.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Webflow features and design trends.
- Participate in design reviews with constructive feedback and site audits.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of experience as a Webflow Designer.
- Proven experience building real-world projects using Webflow (portfolio or demo projects required).
- Webflow Certification (desirable).
- Strong understanding of UX principles and best practices. (UX certification is a plus).
- Working knowledge of Design and Color principles and psychology.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS.
- Excellent understanding of On-Page SEO best practices.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects efficiently.
- Passion for design and a strong eye for detail.
