JD Business Development (Blockchain/Crypto Sales)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Our growing business is looking for a Sales/Marketing Manager (Fintech/Blockchain/Crypto) to lead and oversee the sales and marketing activities within our business environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the efficiency of business operations as well as setting strategic goals for the future. To be successful in this role, you need to enjoy a dynamic environment in which everyone contributes unique skills. Additionally, having a humble attitude is key to our success and is essential to be part of our organization.

[What You'll Do]

Developing business management goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity;

Designing and implementing business plans and strategies to promote the attainment of goals; meet monthly salesquotas

Ensuring that the company has the adequate and suitable resources to complete its activities;

Provide our internal and external stakeholders with relevant analysis and reporting;

Maintain and develop relationships with customers and partners;

Gather, analyze and interpret external and internal data and write reports;

Assess overall company performance against objectives;

Represent the company in events, conferences etc.

[What You'll Bring]

To effectively perform these key activities, the Sales/Marketing Manager (Fintech, Bloackchain/Crypto) should possess/ be/ have:

Bachelor or Master's degree in Business Management or similar;

Proven experience as business manager or relevant role; Background in FINTECH/ BLOCKCHAIN/CRYPTO an advantage.

Excellent organizational and leadership skills;

Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;

Thorough understanding of diverse business processes and strategy development;

Excellent knowledge of MS Office and information systems;

Strong collaborative, communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build trust amongst colleagues;

High sense of accountability and proactive work style;
