Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Web3 Community Manager at Futics. The Community Manager will be responsible for managing online communities, engaging with users, organizing events, and promoting the company's mission. This role is based in Dehradun, with flexibility for remote work.
Compensation will be ESOP based.
Qualifications
- Community Management, Social Media Management, and Online Engagement skills
- Experience in organizing and managing events
- Knowledge of Web3 technologies and decentralized applications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Understanding of data privacy and security principles
- Experience in blockchain or cryptocurrency is a plus
