Job description

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Web Scraper/Data Scraper to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for extracting and processing data from various websites using Python and .NET technologies.

This role is critical for our data collection and analysis efforts, helping to drive informed decision-making across the company.

Job Responsibilities

Develop and maintain web scraping scripts and tools using Python and .NET.

Extract, clean, and process data from various online sources.

Ensure the accuracy and integrity of the scraped data.

Collaborate with data analysts and other team members to understand data requirements.

Monitor and troubleshoot scraping scripts to ensure they run efficiently and effectively.

Stay updated with the latest web scraping techniques and technologies.

Comply with legal and ethical guidelines for data scraping.

Skills Required

Proven experience in web scraping and data extraction.

Proficiency in Python and .NET for web scraping and data processing.

Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

Familiarity with web scraping frameworks and libraries such as BeautifulSoup, Scrapy, Selenium, etc.

Experience with APIs and data integration.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
