In this role, you'll have the chance to shape the digital presence of ConsultAdd, leveraging

your expertise in Web flow to create visually stunning and highly functional web experiences.

strong portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and enhance ConsultAdd's marketing website using Web flow, focusing on user experience and visual appeal

Collaborate with our design and marketing teams to implement UI/UX designs,wireframes, and prototypes

Ensure responsive design across various devices and screen sizes

Write clean, efficient code and maintain consistent use of classes in our Webflow environment

Optimize website performance, focusing on page load times and overall responsiveness

Implement and monitor conversion rate optimization experiments

Set up and maintain integrations and conversion tracking via Google Tag Manager and direct integrations

Conduct thorough testing to identify and resolve bugs, usability issues, or performance bottlenecks

Stay up-to-date with the latest web development trends and Webflow capabilities

Required Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in frontend web development, with strong proficiency in Webflow

Solid understanding of site speed optimization and technical SEO best practices

Experience with web analytics tools, including GA4, Search Console, and Hotjar

Proficiency in responsive design techniques and ensuring cross-browser compatibility

Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail

Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
