Web Development Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Designing and developing front-end and back-end web architecture.
• Developing servers and databases.
• Developing and supporting projects from conception to implementation.
• Working with Graphic Designers and Web Developers.
• Creating user interactions on web pages.
• Developing user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces, and performing SEO procedures.
• Integrating images, embedding videos, and adding plug-ins.
• Performing Common Gateway Interface (CGI) and code checks to optimize website performance.
• Providing mentorship to junior developers and facilitating suitable interventions to deliver the project on time and within budget.
• Documenting website development processes and procedures.
• Coordinate and manage a team of developers, designers, coders, and other professionals working on various web development projects.
• Manage schedules, work assignments, status reports, project budgets, the scope of work, milestones, risk, change control, allocated resources, etc.
• Responsible for completing projects within prescribed resource limits and in accordance with client requirements and company s standards.
• Create standards; implement processes and new technologies to continuously improve the operational standards of excellence.
• Effectively communicate and manage clients expectations throughout the development process.
• Track project costs in order to meet budget
• Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
• Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and negotiation skills
• Translating customer requirements into working instructions for Delivery; creating Procedure and Agreement Documents

Candidate Requirements:

• BE/ B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA
• A minimum of 2 years experience in web project management.
• Extensive knowledge of advancements and trends in web design.
