Job Description
We are looking for a skilled and driven Web Developer with experience in
WordPress, Shopify, HTML5, and CSS to join our team at Brainguru. The ideal candidate should possess a strong foundation in front-end development, particularly in creating and maintaining websites using WordPress, along with expertise in HTML5 and CSS to build responsive, visually engaging web pages. Proficiency in image editing is also a must for this role.
Familiarity with digital marketing principles is an added advantage, as it will enhance collaboration with our marketing team to deliver optimized and effective web solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, design, and maintain websites using WordPress, ensuring a high level of user experience.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in HTML5 and CSS.
- Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve website issues or bugs.
- Collaborate with designers, content creators, and digital marketers to enhance website functionality.
- Stay up to date with emerging web development trends and technologies.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in web development (freshers with a strong portfolio are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in WordPress, HTML5, and CSS.
- A basic understanding of JavaScript is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and within a team to meet deadlines.
