Job Description:
As a Website Developer at A&A Associate, you will play a critical role in managing and enhancing our online assets. Your main responsibilities will include maintaining our existing websites, implementing updates, troubleshooting issues, and developing new websites as our business needs evolve.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and update the company's existing websites to ensure smooth functionality and a modern look and feel
- Develop new web pages or websites as needed to support new projects or business objectives
- Optimize websites for usability, performance, and responsiveness across various devices and browsers
- Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop visually appealing web layouts and designs
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to ensure optimal user experience
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of at least 4 years in web development and graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing relevant work
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and expertise with popular web development frameworks (e.g., WordPress, HTML, PHP)
- Expertise in graphic design software, particularly Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles and responsive web design practices
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to balance aesthetics with functionality
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Familiarity with web performance optimization techniques and knowledge of SEO practices for website development
