- Optimize websites for maximum speed and scalability.

- Provide design enhancements and maintenance for existing client websites.

- Conduct website testing to ensure functionality across browsers and devices.

- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools.

Requirements:

- Proven work experience as a Web Designer, with a strong portfolio of design projects.

- Proficiency in graphic design software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other visual design tools.

- Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction.

- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for rapid prototyping.

- Experience working with Webflow platform.

- Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively.

- Up-to-date with the latest Web trends, techniques, and technologies.

- BS/MS in Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a Visual Arts subject (preferred).
