Web Designer + UX Specialist

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and user-focused UX Designer to join our team. In this role, you will design digital experiences that are easy to use and enjoyable for our customers. Youll collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to create solutions that improve how users interact with our products.

Key Responsibilities:

User Research: Study how users interact with our products and identify ways to improve their experience.

Wireframing & Prototyping: Create wireframes and prototypes that show how the product will look and function.

User Testing: Test designs with users and gather feedback to make improvements.

Design Layouts: Organize content and information in a way thats easy for users to navigate.

Collaboration: Work closely with other teams to understand project goals and user needs.

UI Design Support: Help ensure the visual design matches the overall user experience.

Continuous Improvement: Look for ways to make the product more user-friendly and accessible.

Qualifications:

Experience: 2+ years as a UX Designer.

Education: Degree in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or related field (or equivalent experience).

Skills: Expertise with tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Portfolio: A portfolio that shows your design work.

Research Skills: Ability to conduct user research and testing.

Communication: Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have:

UI design skills or experience with tools like Adobe Creative Suite.

Understanding of HTML/CSS.

Knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive design practices.
