Role Overview:
The Web and Content Specialist at CXAi will play a key role in improving the company's digital presence. This person will be responsible for maintaining and updating the CXAi's website, creating and editing content for various platforms, and assisting with the developing and designing of marketing materials. The ideal candidate will have a blend of technical expertise and creative skills, with experience in content creation, web management, and digital marketing.
This position will report directly to the Marketing Manager and assist in executing day-to-day marketing tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Management:
Manage, update, and maintain the company's WordPress website.
Manage the CMS, install plug-ins and make design and content updates as needed, ensuring the website remains user-friendly and up to date.
monitor site performance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure optimal functionality.Content Creation:
Write, edit, and publish content for the website, blogs, articles, social media posts, and other digital platforms.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives.
Assist in the production and editing of podcasts, videos, and other multimedia content.
Design & Editing:
Create and edit marketing materials, including decks, infographics, videos, and presentations.
Design visually appealing content for social media, website banners, and email campaigns.Social Media Management:
Schedule, post, and manage content across all social media platforms.
Assist in monitoring engagement and responding to comments/messages as needed.
Help track performance metrics and suggest improvements to increase engagement.SEO and Analytics:
Conduct research and incorporate SEO best practices into web and blog content to improve search rankings.
Implement SEO strategies to improve website visibility and traffic, analyze web and social media performance using analytics tools and suggest improvements for content and campaigns.
Stay updated on industry trends and emerging AI tools to enhance marketing efforts.Marketing Support:
Assist the Marketing Manager in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Help coordinate marketing activities, including research, content planning, and audience targeting.
Support in organizing and maintaining the marketing calendar, ensuring deadlines are met.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a digital marketing or tech-driven environment.
Proficiency in managing WordPress websites, basic HTML/CSS knowledge, SEO best practices, and content management systems (CMS).
Strong writing and editing skills with experience in creating diverse content for blogs, articles, social media, and podcasts.
Familiarity with AI tools, digital marketing automation, and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
Experience with graphic design and video editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar platforms.
Excellent communication and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
