Web 3 Lead Community Manager

As a Web3 Lead Community Manager at Blockwee, you'll be at the forefront of the decentralized revolution! With your practical communication skills and project management expertise, you'll be crucial in building and nurturing our vibrant online community. Your English proficiency will help you craft engaging content that resonates with our global audience.

Responsibilities:

1. Engage with our community across various social media platforms, fostering meaningful discussions and addressing inquiries promptly.

2. Develop and execute community-driven initiatives to drive user adoption and create a sense of belonging among our users.

3. Collaborate with our marketing team to create compelling content such as blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates.

4. Monitor and analyze community insights, providing valuable feedback to the team to improve our product and engagement strategies.

5. Support organizing and hosting virtual events, AMAs, and webinars to educate and excite our community about Web3 technologies.

6. Identify and onboard influential community members as ambassadors, leveraging their expertise to amplify our reach.

7. Assist in managing our community forums, ensuring a positive and inclusive environment that encourages knowledge sharing and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in managing Web3 communities.
• Deep understanding of blockchain technology and the Web3 ecosystem.
• Proven experience with community platforms like Telegram and Discord.
• Proficiency in setting up and managing bots for community engagement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Ability to analyze and interpret community metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Passion for creating a positive and engaging community experience.

CTC would be offered between 5-6 LPA.
