Primary Responsibility:

• Lead and mentor a team of Affluent Relationship Managers to effectively implement a needs-based strategy for attracting and engaging NTB Treasures clients.
• Work with the marketing team to enable events and client engagements to assist lead generation for NTB acquisition
• Monitor and drive team performance to achieve targets in new client acquisition, revenue growth, and product cross-sell, specifically in Insurance, Foreign Exchange, and Investments.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and compliance with regulatory and internal policies across the team.
• Foster a culture of digital innovation within the team to enhance efficiency and customer experience.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to support business objectives and seamless client service.
• Oversee the acquisition strategies for NTB clients, ensuring alignment with the bank's growth objectives and service standards.
• Review and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to achieve financial targets for Treasures Segment.
• Ensure adherence to all compliance, AML, and KYC guidelines within the team, conducting regular reviews and training.
• Promote the use of digital banking tools and platforms among team members and clients to enhance accessibility and service delivery.
