Develop a client base of investors and manage relationships on a regular basis
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to establish HNI, advisory and
institutional channels
Responsible for key account management and customer success specific to the
wealth clients of Leaf Round
Maintain a log of client concerns or feedback and evaluating them for better success
rates
Develop new AUM as well as expand and deepen existing relationships to increase
overall AUM
Achieve budgeted targets in terms of number of clients / volume of business & assets
Cross-sell products and services to clients as per their lifestyle needs, and risk
requirements while keeping in mind their financial objectives
Undertake strategic initiatives - partnering with other fintech startups, product
enhancement etc.
Engage in multiple activities such as referrals, social networking, utilising social
platforms, attending conferences, and even cold-calling high-quality databases to
develop new client relationships
