Responsibilities
- Diagnose and treat patients with cardiovascular diseases
- Provide preventive care and educate patients about healthy lifestyle choices
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as electrocardiograms and echocardiograms
- Prescribe medications and other treatments, such as cardiac catheterization and angioplasty
- Work closely with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses and technicians, to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Stay up-to-date with the latest research and developments in the field of cardiology
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records
Skills and Qualifications
- Doctor of Medicine (MD) in Cardiology
- Valid medical license in India
- 0-7 years of experience in the job market context of India
- In-depth knowledge of cardiovascular diseases and their treatments
- Strong diagnostic and treatment skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
