We Are Hiring For Telecaller & JAVA Developer

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Telecaller & Java Training specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging prospective students through outbound calls, promoting our Java training programs, and providing information on course details, schedules, and enrollment procedures.

• Responsibilities:

Conduct outbound calls to prospective students to promote training programs.

• Provide detailed information about course curriculum, training schedules, and certification options.

Assist in scheduling and coordinating training sessions for enrolled students.

• Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns and inquiries.

Maintain accurate records of interactions with students

• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies.

Address student queries and concerns promptly and professionally.

• Meet monthly enrollment targets and KPIs.

• Requirements:

Proven experience in telesales, telecalling, or customer service role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to articulate technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

• Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve targets and objectives.
