ABOUT YOUR ROLE:
Provide necessary training and washing knowledge on how support to garment makers and laundries to procedure conformed products for Kontoor India.
RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
Include but not limited to
- Create working wash standards for the stakeholders correctly.
- Evaluate and standardize the laundries to perform company standards on wash products.
- Evaluate the washing standards before distribution.
- Wash approvals in correct quality and timely.
- Laundry evaluations, making reports and upgrade them as per company standards and SOPs.
- Data entry and make reports and analyze for decision making.
- Communication through relevant media and make conclusion in timely manner.
- Maintain and produce consistency on bulk wash product as per customer demands.
WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:
- Knowledge of garment wash, receipy of wash, knowledge of chemicals etc.
- Self-motivated and well-disciplined to follow Kontoor wash SOP.
- Able to work independently and act proactively.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Access).
- Able to communicate effectively with internal functions, vendor's Merchandising team.
- Confident with Can do attitude.
- Experience 5 years.
- Language Proficiency: English and local language fluency in both oral and writing

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS
Graduate from reputed University
Textile-related education will be appreciated, such as graduate from Textile University especially in wet process, etc.

- External communication required: 70%
