Role Overview:

As a Warranty Associate at EMotorad, you will be responsible for reviewing and verifying warranty claims, ensuring they meet established standards for approval or rejection. You will work closely with agents, CRMs, and internal teams to diagnose product failures and communicate failure reports to Manufacturing and Product teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review warranty claims and evidence to determine approval or rejection as per company standards.
• Coordinate with agents and CRMs to assist in diagnosing product failures.
• Communicate failure reports to Manufacturing and Product teams for further analysis.
• Maintain accurate records and reports using Excel/Google Sheets.

Qualifications:

• Basic technical knowledge (Diploma in Engineering or related field).
• Proficiency in basic reporting using Excel or Google Sheets.

Skills & Attributes:

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work efficiently in a collaborative environment.
