Objective:- Oversee and manage all warehouse operations to ensure efficient and timely handling of goods.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and optimize warehouse layout for maximum efficiency.
- Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and manage the warehouse.
- Direct, optimise and coordinate the order cycle.
- Keep track of quantity, stock levels, delivery times, shipping costs and efficiency.
- Arrange and plan space management, catalogue goods, plan delivery schedule and process shipments.
- Address and resolve any arising issues and feedback on the stocks.
- Meet cost, productivity, accuracy and timeliness targets.
- Maintain metrics and analyse data to assess performance, propose and implement improvements.
- Comply with laws, regulations, and workplace safety requirements.
- Work proactively with various departments to realise efficiencies and manage expectations.
- Ensure health, safety, cleanliness, and security of the store / receiving and distribution goods area
- Supervise, train, and coach the delivery drivers to improve service level and performance
- Ad-hoc tasks by the superior.
- Requirement:
Bachelor's diploma or degree.
2 years experience in Related field.
Strong knowledge of warehouse operations, inventory management, and logistics
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Able to travel
