Qualifications And Skills

Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in warehouse operations
Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar role
Strong knowledge of warehouse procedures and best practices
Familiarity with inventory management software, such as SAP Business Warehouse (SAP BW)
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and accuracy

Roles And Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the warehouse staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Ensure proper inventory management and accurate record-keeping of all incoming and outgoing goods
Coordinate the shipping and receiving of goods, including loading and unloading trucks
Develop and implement efficient warehouse processes and procedures to optimize productivity
Maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all safety regulations and protocols
Monitor and report on warehouse performance, including productivity, efficiency, and accuracy
Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to inventory, shipments, or warehouse operations
Collaborate with other departments, such as Sales and Logistics, to ensure smooth workflow and timely delivery of goods
Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to streamline warehouse operations
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in warehouse management
