Overview Of The Role
The Warehouse Operations Manager is a pivotal role responsible for the comprehensive oversight of day-to-day warehouse operations within Hyd / Bangalore. Acting as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for a city's smooth warehouse operations, this role will encompass supply chain management, logistics coordination, and inventory oversight.
Operations Management
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Ensure day-to-day warehouse operations, handling daily tasks and coordinating with internal teams.
- Focus on project and mock-up plant deliveries, maintaining quality standards.
- Oversee fertilizers and nutrients, informing the purchase team for upgrades in nursery operations.
Supply Chain Operations
- Act as SPOC for comprehensive warehouse oversight in Bangalore.
- Manage inventory for plant and non-plant items, implement replenishment strategies.
- Supervise logistics operations, optimize routes, and manage budgets.
- Develop relationships with vendors, negotiate contracts for optimal terms.
Coordination And Communication
- Coordinate with stakeholders for smooth operations handling.
- Manage monthly stock of plants, pots, fertilizers, and other materials.
- Maintain records of inward and outward entries, coordinate with project and AMC teams.
Administrative Functions
- Provide DC for outward movement of materials to MWH.
- Conduct periodic maintenance of polyhouses, tools, and equipment.
- Complete documentation and bank processes for new employees.
- Train and hire nursery staff, ensure compliance with procedures.
Reporting And Documentation
- Maintain Excel sheets for weekly AMC movement.
- Ensure timely inward entry in Transzact after material checks.
- Keep records of attendance and monitor salary, OT, and PF-related matters.
Qualifications And Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of proven experience in warehouse and supply chain management, with a focus on end-to-end logistics.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Proficient in Excel and reporting for budget management and decision-making.
- Knowledge of safety protocols, quality standards, and vendor management.

- We are a work-from-office company because we love working in teams
- The office is based out of Bangalore & we would like you to come down and work from here.
Compensation And Benefits
- We believe in paying competitive salaries to our employees based on their experience and expertise and our base salary for this role ranges from 3 to 5 Lakhs per annum

Work Timings
- Your day starts at 9:00 AM and ends at 6:00 PM IST
- We work on Alternate Saturdays!
