1. Operations Management:
- Plan, organize, and control warehouse operations.
- Develop and implement efficient processes for receiving, storing, and distributing goods.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to meet customer requirements.
2. Inventory Control:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and manage stock levels.
- Conduct regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
- Implement and monitor inventory control procedures.
3. Staff Supervision:
- Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse staff.
- Assign tasks and manage staff schedules.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback.
4. Safety and Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop and enforce warehouse safety policies and procedures.
5. Quality Control:
- Maintain high standards of quality for goods handling and storage.
- Address and resolve any issues related to product quality and warehouse operations.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality and efficiency.
6. Equipment and Maintenance:
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of warehouse equipment.
- Ensure equipment is in good working condition and schedule repairs as needed.
- Optimize the use of warehouse space and resources.
7. Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and present reports on warehouse operations, inventory levels, and staff performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of warehouse activities.
- Ensure documentation complies with company policies and regulatory requirements.

However, individual services can be availed without such restriction of number of employees.
