Description
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate will have 2-6 years of experience in a similar role and be familiar with the job market context in India.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, picking, packing, and shipping
- Develop and implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency and productivity
- Ensure that all warehouse procedures and protocols are followed
- Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular inventory audits
- Manage and motivate a team of warehouse staff to achieve performance targets
- Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- 2-6 years of experience in a warehouse management role
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Familiarity with warehouse management software and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations and procedures
- 100% in FMGC Background
- Must FMGC Specialization.
