Job Description: Warehouse Incharge at Tritvam Logistics
Overview: Tritvam Logistics is seeking a proactive and experienced Warehouse Incharge to oversee all aspects of warehouse operations, inbound and outbound logistics, and inventory control. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in managing warehouse activities efficiently, utilizing Tally ERP for inventory management, and ensuring seamless operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Operations: Manage and optimize day-to-day warehouse activities, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods.
- Inbound Logistics: Coordinate and oversee the receipt and storage of incoming materials and products.
- Outbound Logistics: Ensure accurate and timely delivery of orders to customers while minimizing errors and delays.
- Inventory Control: Implement effective inventory management practices to maintain accurate stock levels and minimize stock discrepancies.
- Tally ERP Expertise: Utilize Tally ERP software proficiently for maintaining records, generating reports, and managing inventory effectively.
- Team Leadership: Supervise warehouse staff, assign tasks, and ensure compliance with safety protocols and operational procedures.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high standards of inventory accuracy, cleanliness, and organization within the warehouse.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost reductions within warehouse operations.
- Communication: Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to coordinate logistics activities and resolve any issues promptly.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience of 5-6 years in warehouse operations, preferably in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems and proficiency in Tally ERP software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Effective leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team.
