Description
We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse. The ideal candidate should have at least 4-8 years of experience in warehouse management .
Responsibilities
- Oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storage, and shipping of products
- Ensure efficient and accurate inventory management, including regular cycle counts and reconciliations
- Manage and train a team of warehouse staff, including scheduling, performance reviews, and disciplinary action when necessary
- Develop and implement standard operating procedures to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure timely delivery of products to customers
- Maintain a safe and clean working environment, in compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs
- Prepare regular reports on warehouse activities and performance for senior management
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
- 4-8 years of experience in warehouse management, preferably in India
- Knowledge of inventory management software and systems
- Experience managing a team of warehouse staff
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
