Responsibilities: The duties and responsibilities entail.
- To be responsible for handling goods receipts and goods issues.
- Accountable for the maintenance of perpetual inventory
- To ensure that receipts and problems are accurately documented.
- Accountable for identifying all stored materials and receiving inbound items.
- Responsible for handling the in-house material.
- Supervising the unloading of material and counting and tallying.
- Accountable for checking for damages or a shortage of materials and preparing a report.
- Ensure that goods are accurately checked and counted before delivery.
- Ensure that rules and regulations relating to the physical custody and preservation of stores are followed.
- Arranging and preserving the inventory in the stores, maintaining the stockrecord, and updating monthly.
- Creation of various store-related documents, such as the GRIR,RGP, DC, Annexure II, and store layout.
Experience & Qualification:
- A graduate in any stream with a diploma in material management is desirable.
- 2 to 4 years of experience are required in the manufacturing background industry.
- Possess exceptional computer skills and are highly proficient in MS Office and any ERP system.
- Should have experience in store activities in any Manufacturing/engineering background industry.
- Knowledge of logistics ,5S, and the bar-coding system, ISO systems is desirable.
