Years of Experience - 3 to 8 Years of experience in QA role in BFS domain, preferable experienced in leading a QA team.

Important Note:

· Candidates who can join immediately or 1 month of notice period are preferred.

Roles & Responsiblities:

• 3 to 8 Years of experience in QA role in BFS domain. (Please do not include insurance, PPI experienced candidates), preferable experienced in leading a QA team.
• Develop and deploy a Quality Approach mechanism for the services delivered.
• Responsible for monitoring and maintaining quality and compliance targets of Service.
• Deploy Tracking, reporting and feedback mechanisms on place from a QA standpoint.
• Structured Problem solving, through the application of the lean Six sigma tools.
• Should be able to develop Root Cause Analysis for any incidents that may be reported along with corrective actions.
• Analyzing the pain points through the historical data to arrive at top contributors of errors
• Should be able to develop action plans based on analysis of QA scores and drive them where required.
• Ensure the adherence of the QMS through process & ISO audits.
• Prepare and Maintain the QMS documentation
• Innovator & Out-of-Box thinker who is willing to go an extra mile
• Sound presentation and communication skills
