We are seeking a talented and highly motivated Telecalling Executive to join our team at Shreesha Fabs And Handloom Pvt Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, generating leads, and achieving sales targets. We are looking for someone with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the job market context of India.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to potential customers and generating leads.
• Achieving sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions.
• Providing excellent customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Following up on leads and closing sales.
• Collaborating with the sales team to achieve team goals.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Skills and Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in the job market context of India.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales skills and the ability to close deals.
• Ability to work under pressure and achieve targets.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Highly motivated and target-driven.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Fluent in any one of these language Telugu, Hindi and Malayalam
