Job Description::

  • Job Location: Pune

  • Role:Contract Management/Order Management/Client Triage

1. CONTRACT MANAGEMENT:

Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in contract management within the Shipping/ Supply Chain industry.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading and managing a team of contract professionals.

Responsibilities/Skills:

  • Contract Lifecycle Management:
  • Oversee the entire contract lifecycle, from creation to closure in SAP
  • Manage contract amendments, renewals, and terminations.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a team of contract professionals, providing guidance and support.
  • Assign tasks, review work, and ensure adherence to contract management standards and best practices.
  • Address and resolve team conflicts proactively, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews, set goals, and provide feedback to team members.
  • Organize trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client, building strong relationships and understanding their unique needs.
  • Proactively identify client pain points and propose innovative solutions to enhance contract management processes.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Continuously identify opportunities to improve contract management processes, leveraging technology and best practices.
  • Implement new tools and methodologies to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Monitoring SLA performance to ensure compliance with organizational needs.
  • Reporting on service levels and providing progress reports to customers.
  • Responsible for delivering services within the agreed service levels.
  • Analyze contract management data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare regular reports on team performance and compliances.
  • Stakeholder Management:
  • Collaborate effectively with various stakeholders such as Commercial, Service Delivery and Account Receivable teams.
  • Handle escalations effectively, communicating with relevant stakeholders and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Build strong relationships and foster trust with the client.
  • Training
  • Identify training needs by evaluating strengths and weaknesses
  • Translate requirements into trainings that will groom employees for the next step of their career path
  • Ability to design and develop training manuals, and course materials
  • Ability to provide process training to a team
  • Manage structured learning sessions and monitor their quality results

Key Requirements:

  • Ready to work from office all days
  • Flexible to work in any shift
  • Prior experience of contract drafting
  • Familiarity with Service Level Agreements / contracts terminologies
  • Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, PPT, Word, Visio.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to drive process improvements.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills.

Desired Requirements:

  • Experience working in SAP ByD.
  • Experience working in billing and AR.

2. ORDER MANAGEMENT:

Experience:

  • 7+ years of experience in order management within the Shipping or Supply Chain industry.
  • At least 3 years of experience leading and managing a team of order management professionals.

Responsibilities/Skills:

  • Order Management:
  • Oversee the entire order management lifecycle, from order creation to fulfillment, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Monitor order status, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage order enquiries and provide timely resolutions.

  • Lead and mentor a team of order management professionals, providing guidance, support, and career development opportunities.

Experience:

  • Customer Service Management:
  • Oversee the entire customer support process and providing the resolution of the invoice related enquiries & escalations.
  • Liaise with internal departments to have them expedite the resolution process
  • Monitor query status, resolve issues, and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead and mentor a team of order management professionals, providing guidance, support, and career development opportunities.
  • Assign tasks, review work, and ensure adherence to order management standards and best practices.
  • Address and resolve team conflicts proactively, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
