Roles and Responsibilities:

• 24X7 proactive monitoring of network infrastructure (CISCO-Routers | Console Servers | CISCO- Switches | Wireless Access Points | Wireless LAN Controllers | VPN)
• Conduct initial triage and categorization of alerts to assess severity & prioritize responses
• Perform impact analysis of alerts.
• SOP-based resolution for Level 2 network-related issues
• Palo Alto Level 2 firewall configuration/administration
• Palo Alto Firewall policy updates, Rule set management
• Mist have experience handling the US clients
• Must have fluency in English
