- JD Roles & Responsibility :
1 Drive and monitor the Service Help Desk & RIM Team for management of SLAs related to service requests incidents.
2 Manage Service involves coordinating, and controlling the resources.
3 Fetch Reports & analyses in excel, Check Ticket pending reason bucket wise, ensuring process adherence by the Team and Maintain Team decor and discipline.
4 Review all calls & Productivity on regular basis
5 Operation level Co-ordinate personally with user for all escalation Field call & mail follow-up escalating to concern TSD ADM Head for engineer alignment for all call more than 3 days on regular basis
6 Compiling with Processes required to meet customer requirement.
7 Manage and improve the effectiveness and efficiency of the service support delivery Team
8 Ensuring process adherence by the Team and Maintain Team decor and discipline.
9 Standard reports delivery & periodic projects status with relevant stakeholders
10 Coordinate with the corporate security teams for all IT related security activities to monitor drive and track the compliance audit process.
