Job Overview
We are looking for Social Media Interns (freshers or trained) to join our team and assist in planning, executing, and managing digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. You will work closely with our marketing team to enhance our online presence and optimize digital marketing efforts for the Hiringhood brand.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Management:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email, and paid advertising campaigns.
- Automate and manage digital campaigns using tools like Buffer, Hootsuite, or other similar platforms.
Content Creation & Management:
- Create and manage content across various digital platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand's tone and messaging.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar for Hiringhood's social media accounts.
- Build digital creatives such as banners, videos, slideshows, GIFs, promos, and ads using tools like Canva or Photoshop.
Social Media Marketing (SMM):
- Engage with the audience by creating and managing groups/pages across various social media platforms.
- Grow the brand's social media presence and increase follower engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics, making adjustments based on insights.
Email Marketing:
- Assist in designing and executing email marketing campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
Market Research & Strategy Optimization:
- Conduct market research to identify trends and insights, optimizing strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and coordinated marketing efforts.
Analytics & Reporting:
- Generate performance reports on digital campaigns, highlighting key metrics and providing recommendations for improvements.
Must-Have Skills:
- Digital Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing principles, strategies, and tools.
- Social Media Expertise: Familiarity with popular social media platforms and current digital marketing trends.
- Content Creation Tools: Knowledge of tools like Canva, Photoshop, or other design platforms for building digital creatives.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to monitor, analyze, and generate insights from campaign performance.
- Communication Skills: Strong presentation, communication, and visualization abilities.
Education: Any Graduates with Computer Background, Master's Degree recomended.
Experience Level: Fresher or Trained candidates with knowledge of social media/digital marketing.
Good-to-Have Skills:
- Portfolio: Candidates with prior digital marketing projects or portfolios will be given preference.
- Certifications: Additional certifications in digital marketing or related fields will be an added advantage.
- Automation Experience: Ability to automate marketing on platforms like WhatsApp, Telegram, or Slack using NoCode tools like WATI.
- Tech Savvy: Willingness to explore and learn new tools and technologies for digital marketing.
Additional Requirements:
- Letter of Recommendations: Required from a Trainer, Principal, or Lecturer.
- Parental Recommendation: Required as part of the application process.
