- Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and versatile HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a broad range of HR functions, administrative tasks, and guest relationship management. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle various responsibilities efficiently and contribute to the overall success of the company.
Manage the recruitment process, including posting job vacancies, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees.
Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and leave policies.
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions.
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and company requirements.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Conduct employee training and development programs.
Support payroll processing and ensure accuracy and timeliness.
Conduct exit interviews and manage offboarding processes.
Conduct Team building activities.
Oversee daily office operations, including ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements when required.
Assist with budget management and expense reporting.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in the workplace.
Greet and welcome guests and visitors, providing a positive and professional first impression.
Manage guest inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
Coordinate with Stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience for guests.
Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms, ensuring they are clean and well-equipped.
Assist in organizing company events, meetings, and conferences.
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven 2-4 experience as an HR Generalist, HR Coordinator, or in a similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR practices and employment laws.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
