Job description :

• Minimum 3 years of work experience in a relevant voice process & 2 years experience as a trainer from premium contact center.
• E-commerce experience would be preferable.
• Graduate (from any educational field).
• Good aptitude skills-reasoning, logic and problem solving.
• Candidate should be well versed in oral and written communication
• Candidate should have the knowledge about the basic adult learning principles
• Candidate should have the knowledge about delivering feedback
• Preferably TTT certified.
• Good command over English ,Gujarthi, & Hindi
• Language proficiency in one or more regional languages (supported at the site) along with proficiency in English is a must.
