Job description :

• Minimum 2years of work experience in a relevant (contact centre) voice process. Should be from premium contact centers.
• Graduate (from any educational field).
• Minimum 1 year of work experience in a QA role (Yellow Belt certified) for premium voice program.
• Graduate (from any educational field).
• Good command over English,Gujarthi, & Hindi
• Good aptitude skills-reasoning, logic and problem solving
