Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Waitress at Hotels located in Kochi. As a Waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. You will also handle cash transactions, maintain cleanliness in the dining area, and collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient service.
Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Waitress or in a similar role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work well under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Customer-focused mindset and the ability to anticipate guest needs
- Basic math and cash handling skills
