We, at Ode, require a Waiting Staff.
Requirements:
- Welcome customers.
- Serves food and other items like cutlery during parties.
- Maintains knowledge of menu items .
- Takes and delivers customer orders.
- Works with colleagues to fulfill food orders and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Takes customer feedback and communicates it to management . Escalates major concerns to management.
- Fulfills different responsibilities and helps existing staff as needed.
