Responsibilities
- Greet customers and present menus
- Take and serve food and beverage orders
- Answer questions and make recommendations for menu items
- Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses
- Maintain clean and sanitized dining area
- Handle cash and credit card payments
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer concerns
