VP - Technology

Position Overview: Customer of Skilltasy is seeking a visionary VP of Product to lead product strategy and development efforts. Reporting directly to the CEO, the VP of Product will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of product portfolio. This role demands a strategic thinker with a strong understanding of market dynamics and a proven track record in delivering successful products. He or She who has sustained a logo for a longer period of the career is most welcome and prime requirement criteria.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the product management team in defining product vision and strategy.
• Drive product development from concept to launch, ensuring market fit and alignment with company goals.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and threats.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, marketing, and sales to deliver world-class products.
• Establish and monitor key metrics to measure product success and iterate based on data-driven insights.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a VP of Product or similar leadership role in a technology-driven company.
• Strong understanding of product management processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Demonstrated success in launching and scaling innovative products in competitive markets.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and mentor a high-performing team.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
