Job Description:

As the VP Relations and Business Development at Krehsst Tech Solutions, you will play a pivotal role in building the relationships with our existing base of clients mainly MNC and to identify new business opportunities within the industry.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement effective network for identifying projects within the industry domain we are present in.

- Identify and target potential clients, industries, and markets for business expansion.

- Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.

- Understand client needs and tailor staffing solutions to address their specific requirements.

- Monitor market trends and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and stay ahead.

- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

- Stay updated with industry best practices and innovative approaches to sales and business development.

The profile of the person:

  • Proven track record of successfully leading sales teams and achieving revenue targets.
  • Extensive experience in B2B sales environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Expert in building bridges and relationships
