VP of Operations (Supply Chain and Logistics)

Cureskin is an consumer-health brand that provides personalized skin & hair-falltreatments. We operate through our mobile app in India and apply advanced AI toautomatically detect skin issues from photos, work with dermatologists to designpersonalized treatments, and dispense our own branded products (cosmeceutical +pharmaceutical).

We are looking for a senior leader who can head the functions of Supply Chain and Logistics, with a minimum of 15 years of prior experience in sourcing, procurement and supply chain management, logistics, distribution (offline/online). Prior experience in the beauty, wellness, personal-care industry is highly preferred.

As VP of Operations, Supply Chain and Logistics of CureSkin you will

Develop and lead the supply chain, planning strategy for all Finished Goods / Packaging across India. Partner with the business & site leaders to integrate the supply chain process with the business.

Liaison with Logistic Providers and Warehouse partners to reduce delivery timelines to customers, and minimize RTO (Return to Origin) cases.

Manage the entire supply chain team and logistics team to ensure zero stock out issues, optimizing inventory holding and working capital cycle for inventory.

Lead Demand Planning and Supply Planning function to improve the accuracy of revenue forecasts, align inventory levels, and develop scheduling philosophy with the manufacturing team to ensure timely delivery, and reduce end-to-end COGS and working capital.

Shared P&L responsibility with category management team.

Work with all our contract manufacturers, packaging material providers for timely delivery of their products, manage risks around lead times, and ensure optimal inventory levels.

Work with the internal branding & category specialists to explore and evaluate various different packaging options of new launches and evaluate new vendors for specifications.

Manage procurement and warehousing operations including inbound processes and inventory management.

Creating the vision and strategy for planning, and warehousing in our location in Bangalore, and any third-party warehousing solution providers.

Manage dependencies across different vendors, transportation activities for supply flow and performance.

Assessing, developing, and refining the overall planning, warehousing, distribution and logistics skill set in the organization.

Driving operational excellence and best practices to improve the supply chain process.

Who You Are:

An experienced professional in packaging sourcing and supply chain expertise with over 15 years of experience in this domain.

A cross-functional and team-player who can think and execute at multiple levels, strategic as well as tactical, be hands-on and at the same be able delegate and grow the team as the business grows.
