We are investing in expanding our Business Intelligence practice with a key role - VP/Head of Data, Tech & Business Consulting. This role will report directly to the EVP of Global Data & Tech.

We are looking for an expert in delivery of Performance Marketing Analytics data services, especially the delivery of dashboarding products to marketing services clients who require clear, accurate and insightful analytic tools that tell a compelling story of the effectiveness of their marketing investments. This is a team leadership position that requires the ability to manage and facilitate a team of 20+ BI associates and marketing research data specialists supporting analytic dashboard products for agency clients and stakeholders globally in a variety of media and marketing disciplines. We are looking for an individual who enjoys building teams and solutions, has an outcomes focused Entreprenurial mindset and brings knowledge in applying processes that will scale global operations. We buy media for some of the world's greatest brands across multiple channels and countries and generate several TB of data per day. All this data is held in STAGE, our data operating system. Surfacing our data in usable, accurate, live dashboards is key to ensuring that our teams are optimizing our client's investment and generating revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and mentoring a team of BI associates and Marketing Research Data Specialists
• Regular meetings with Data & Tech consultancy leads in global markets
• Supervision of best practices implementation of data architecture structure and adherence to scalable data schemas and taxonomies
• Management of production workflows following briefs from consultancy leaders in global markets
• Close collaboration with Project Management support staff to ensure prioritization of resources and initiatives aligned with consultancy objectives
• Building scalable reporting solutions that work globally for our clients

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience with multiple data visualization platforms such as:
• Tableau (Mandatory)
• Power BI (Mandatory)
• Looker
• Proven strengths with leading cloud data platforms such as GCP, AWS, Azure, etc.
• Firm understanding of Data Architecture best practices and managing adherence to operational requisites for defined marketing data schemas and taxonomies
• Demonstrable experience in translating stakeholder objectives into feasible, well-thought-out strategies with a focus towards performance marketing
• Proven track record supervising multiple projects and stakeholders
• Proven ability to define, scope and build scalable processes for a large team
• Extensive experience in team leadership & management
• Data storytelling (extracting actionable insights from data)
• Experience in a matrix organization

• Documentation of processes and standardization of outputs
• Fluent English communication, verbal and written.
• Experience working in Media Agencies is a plus with excellent understanding of all digital channels.
