We are looking for a Planner who shares our passion for shaping culture by combining talent, tech and data and building a strong company image globally for Kulfi's 3 core verticals (Supari Studios, Post Office and Keeda Media).
As the VP - Brand Strategy, your primary responsibility will lead the development and execution of innovative creative strategies to elevate our brand presence and drive business/brand growth. This role demands a seasoned expert with a profound understanding of content and advertising, capable of blending creativity with strategic insight. The ideal candidate will be adept at navigating various marketing channels, fostering strong client relationships, and staying ahead of cultural trends to deliver impactful and resonant campaigns
A day in the life of VP - Brand Strategy
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement forward-thinking creative strategies that align with brand's objectives and market trends. Collaborate with the account management team to grow our existing accounts and acquire new clients.
- Marketing Strategies: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and expertise in marketing strategies, including leveraging various distribution channels such as OOH, social media, DVC, and more.
- Brand and Communication Strategy: Craft and execute comprehensive brand and communication strategies that effectively communicate the brand's message and objectives.
- Content Strategy: Develop and oversee content strategies that drive engagement and resonate with target audiences across multiple platforms. Conduct regular content audits and analysis to understand the performance of different content types and refine the content strategy accordingly.
- Holistic Marketing Approach: Critically evaluate and question existing marketing approaches, providing innovative solutions to complex marketing problems. Review, analyse and evaluate the following : media output, creative output, research reports and client data
- Client Engagement: Possess significant experience in client-facing roles, effectively managing client requests and fostering strong, productive relationships.
- Cultural Expertise: Stay abreast of trends and developments in content marketing, audience culture, and general content consumption, leveraging this knowledge to inform strategy.
- Variablize: Variablizing strategy talent(building an external team) and building frameworks for different projects as and when required
Qualities and skill sets we would like for you to showcase
- 8-11 years of experience in brand and communication strategy, content marketing, or related fields
- Experience in a leadership role in a content-driven organisation, preferably in the digital space.
- Strong knowledge of content marketing, including content creation, distribution, and measurement.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders, including clients, agency leadership, creative teams, and external partners.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing content strategies that drive business growth and engagement.
