Job Description

  • Sales Strategy:Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets and objectives
  • Identify potential markets, clients, and opportunities for business expansion
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about industry trends
  • Lead Generation and Conversion:Proactively identify and engage with potential clients through various channels (cold calling, emails, networking, etc)
  • Nurture leads throughout the sales cycle to convert prospects into customers
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase our offerings
  • Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally
  • Sales Performance Analysis:Monitor and analyze sales metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
  • Provide regular sales reports and performance updates to the management team
  • Marketing Collaboration:Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies
  • Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns, content, and promotional materials
  • Brand Promotion:Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand awareness
  • Actively engage in networking activities to expand the company's reach within the target market
  • Product Knowledge:Stay up-to-date with the features and benefits of the company's products/services
  • Articulate product/service value propositions effectively to potential clients

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Previous experience in sales and marketing roles, preferably in the relevant industry
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent presentation and public speaking abilities
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and events
