We are currently seeking a friendly and outgoing Volunteer Helper who speaks both English and Hindi to assist in welcoming and inviting customers to our showroom.
- Job Summary: As a Volunteer Helper, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential customers and inviting them into our showroom from the display section. Your pleasant demeanor and communication skills will help create a welcoming atmosphere and encourage visitors to explore our collection.
Customer Engagement:
Stand at the display section and warmly invite passersby to enter the showroom, offering a friendly greeting and introducing them to our offerings.Bilingual Communication:
Use your proficiency in English and Hindi to effectively communicate with a diverse range of customers, answering any initial questions they might have.Brand Representation: Represent H M Designer Studio with a positive and professional attitude, ensuring that every visitor feels valued and encouraged to explore our showroom.
- Promotional Support: Provide basic information about ongoing promotions or special events, if applicable, to attract and engage potential customers.
Feedback Collection:
Gather and report any feedback from customers to the management team to help improve the overall customer experience.
Language Skills:
Fluency in both English and Hindi is required.Personality:
A friendly, approachable, and pleasing personality with excellent interpersonal skills.Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and attract customers effectively.
